Max Lodging
The apartments are equipped as follows:
Sleeping area: with double bed and flatscreen TV
Living area: with sofa bed, flatscreen TV and balcony or terrace (except category Top Level); mostly equipped with a desk.
Dining area: with dining table and chairs
Bathroom: with washbasin, toilet, walk-in shower, towel holder, hair dryer and make-up mirror (Maisonette apartment and penthouse additionally with bathtub)
Kitchenette: with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher incl. dishwasher tabs, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric hand stirrer
In addition, you'll find enough fresh towels, shower towels, as well as tea towels and bed linen in each apartment.
In each apartment you will find all the necessary cleaning products and cleaning utensils, a small ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and sufficient hangers.
If you want to bring your own home accessories: no problem!
Make yourself as comfortable in your four walls as at home and decorate your rooms with personal items. Just live private and comfortable.
Our apartments can be rented from 28 nights rental period.

For doing a reservation we need the following information from you:
No. No commission is due even for a longer stay (max. rental period 6 months). We trust in the integrity of our customers! The monthly rent is due on the 25th of the previous month.
The rental payment has to be done in advance.

On the day of arrival, you can take the key card out of our key safe at the entrance (Krüner Straße 33) 24 hours a day by entering your reservation pin at the safe. Check-in is generally possible from 3 p.m. On departure, you simply put your room card in the designated letterbox at the entrance (Krüner Straße 33).
The right of access to house and apartment expires automatically at 10:00 of the day of departure.
An extension of the stay is possible according to availability. See also GBT's.
You will find all the shops of daily needs in walking distance.
Supermarket, pharmacy, cleaning, bakery, post office, drugstore and more. With the subway (U6) you are at the munich city center within a few minutes.
There is also a medical centre directly on Partnachplatz.
The MAX LODGING apartment house has an on-site underground car park with 30 parking spaces. The garage has direct access to the entrances of the house. So, comeing from the garage you can easily reach your apartment via stairs or lift (entrance height underground car park: 2 meters)
A parking space for cars / motorcycles can be rented at any time additionally. Fee: 15 €/night.
Bicycles can be stored for free.
Our house is a non-smoking house.
Pets are allowed on request and for a fee.
As in almost whole Europe, the mains voltage in Germany is 230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hertz. If you want to use devices that have been produced for another power grid, please bring appropriate adapters.

In our in-house underground car park we have free bicycle parking spaces.
At the nearby Partnachplatz you will also find rental bikes of the MVG (public transport).
