How are the apartments furnished?

How are the apartments furnished?

The apartments are furnished as follows:

Sleeping area with double bed (2.10 m long in most apartments) and LCD TV

Living area with sofa bed, LCD TV and balcony or terrace (except Top Level category) Half of our apartments come equipped with a desk.

Dining area with dining table and chairs

Bathroom with vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, towel rack, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror (Maisonette Apartment also with bathtub)

Kitchen unit with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher incl. wash liquid, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Jura coffee machine including coffee beans, toaster, kettle, electric whisk.

In every apartment you will find all the necessary cleaning agents and cleaning utensils, a small ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and enough hangers.

Our apartments can be reserved for 30 days or more.

For further Information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that any tourstical use or stay for medical purposes is not allowed in our apartments.

You need the correct names of all travellers, the address of the applicant, as well as a credit card or instant bank transfer.

Even for a longer-term rental (maximum rental period 6 months), NO commission or deposit is due. We have faith in our guests' integrity!

What payment options are available?

An apartment reservation is always paid in advance.

The following modes of payment are accepted:

instant bank transfer ("Sofortüberweisung")

bank transfer (not for last-minute bookings)

cash payment (if booked on-site)

The cancellation conditions are set forth in the terms and conditions.

Where and when can I check in and check out?

Where and when can I check in and check out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m.

Our office is open for you from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Outside of these hours, you can check in or book an apartment 24 hours a day at our self-service check-in kiosk located near the entrance. To check out, simply drop your room card in the box designated for the purpose in entrance area. The right of access to the apartment automatically expires at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

What must I bring with me?

What must I bring with me?

Actually all you need to bring is yourself.

Quite a few of the necessities are already waiting for you in our apartments.

There you will find: hair dryer, sponge, scouring pad, paper towels, tea towels, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron.

Our pre-stocked refrigerator contains:

2 bottles of water

You will also find a bowl with fresh fruit on the dining room table.

There is also an ample supply of coffee beans for the Jura fully automatic coffee maker.

A washer and dryer are available for your use (for a fee) on the lower level.

Detergent powder can be purchased from the vending machine there.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building.

No Problem! Please feel free to bring personal items with you and feel like home with us.

Our building is best reached by car and public transport.

You will find all of the shops you need for your everyday shopping within walking distance:

Supermarket, greengrocer, chemist, cleaner's, bakery, butcher shop and much more.

You can also find a medical centre at Partnachplatz.

So you are completely well-looked-after.

MAX LODGING offers you its own underground car park with 30 parking spaces and direct access to the apartment via the staircase or lift. (Parking height in the underground car park: 2 meters)

1 underground parking space is included.

Our high-quality kitchens are equipped with the following:

Tableware, coffee service, wheat beer glasses, juice pitchers, tumblers, wine glasses, champagne glasses, shot glasses, egg cups incl. egg spoons, 2 pans, 4 pots, 2 cutting boards, various knives, scissors, tea infuser, teapot, mixer incl. mixing bowl, measuring cup, whisk, can opener, corkscrew, pastry brush, bottle opener, vegetable peeler, grater, various cooking spoons and spatulas, lemon squeezer, storage jars, salad bowls, noodle strainer, butter dish, pot trivet, dishwashing utensils, bread basket, paper towels, parchment paper, aluminium foil, tea towels, trash bags and much more...

Of course, there is also a fully automatic coffee maker by JURA, complete with coffee beans.

Salt and pepper and sugar are on hand as well.

Each apartment is equipped with appliances such as a toaster, a kettle and a mixer.

Our Boardinghouse is a non-smoking establishment.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to stay with us. We want to offer people with animal-hair allergies an opportunity to feel absolutely at home when they stay here.
